Your knowledge and experience is obvious, but it was the way you all listened to each other as a team and worked together that in the end brought about the impressive final result. The team did a fabulous job of straightening our brick fence which had a very bad lean towards the street. Well worth the price paid to repair it it rather than demolish and rebuild.

Upon booking a time my family unfortunately caught covid on the booking date. The team at Recifty were fantastic to deal with and slotted us in a later time slot even though they were booked out. This is a long review, but it’s been a long and frustrating process spanning more than 3 years for us. Our 100 year old home suffered water damage from mains in our street resulting in our front rooms giving way. We share a border with our neighbour so it also greatly impacted them (supports were dug into their backyard to hold the wall in place since Dec ‘19) Under our home insurance policy, AAMI approved chemical underpinning rather than conventional. This meant we didn’t have to move out, or even shift a single piece of furniture from the rooms where the underpinning was taking place. Rectify were extremely professional, prompt and we were really impressed with their friendly communication along the way. The underpinning was so incredibly precise and we still cannot believe the amazing result achieved in just a few hours. There was no major digging/damage to my neighbours property (as would have been the case with conventional methods) and above all, what would have been a process taking weeks with enormous inconvenience, was completed same day. We would recommend Rectify to anyone needing underpinning done- their work is absolutely gold standard. We are so thrilled that our underpinning was carried out by them, and feel certain that our home will be restored to its former glory because of their precision and accuracy.
